Data obtained or processed through Neurix systems (including emails, phone numbers, and contact records):
- Remains the property and responsibility of the client

Neurix:
- Does not sell or independently exploit client contact data
- May process and store such data solely for service delivery
- Is not liable for misuse of contact data by clients
Clients explicitly agree that they have lawful consent to use any data processed through Neurix systems.

- Cloud providers and infrastructure partners
- Subprocessors necessary for service delivery

All third parties are contractually bound to protect data.
